About the role
Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and program management for Android Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Partnerships, manage partner relationships for GTM activities, analyze industry and performers to find differentiation opportunities and guide programs and commercial strategy to expand ecosystem globally, lead initiatives, including budget/investment management, to optimize Google's GTM funding for partners, ensure high ROI for premium device activations and Android market share growth, identify, negotiate, and implement business development agreements, be the source for partner sales performance, driving decisions and growth, forecast and report business growth and key metrics, track progress, drive new opportunities, and resolve partner issues
Responsibilities
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and program management for Android Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Partnerships
- Manage partner relationships for GTM activities
- Analyze industry and performers to find differentiation opportunities and guide programs and commercial strategy to expand ecosystem globally
- Lead initiatives, including budget/investment management, to optimize Google's GTM funding for partners
- Ensure high ROI for premium device activations and Android market share growth
- Identify, negotiate, and implement business development agreements
- Be the source for partner sales performance, driving decisions and growth
- Forecast and report business growth and key metrics, track progress, drive new opportunities, and resolve partner issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships and GTM strategies
- Understanding of consumer electronics and the mobile value chain
- Ability to zoom from strategy to execution
- Ability to take accountability and ownership to get necessary outcome
- Ability to turn a high-level concept into a well-defined narrative with executive-ready materials with excellent communication skills
